Cancellation and Returns

You have the option to cancel your service at any time. Upon cancellation, you are eligible for a complete refund of the device activation fee, provided that the equipment is returned in its original condition within 14 days of your receipt of the device. Additionally, we will do our best to prorate any monthly charges to reflect only the time you used the service during the final billing cycle.

To process a return, please use the provided return label and ensure that the equipment you received at the time of enrollment is returned in its original packaging with all original contents. The equipment must be undamaged and in good working condition without any material alterations to the device's hardware or software.

If you return the device in a condition that is damaged, altered, or destroyed, we reserve the right to either decline the return or charge you for the cost of necessary repairs as well as any applicable shipping and handling charges.
